Apartments & RWAs
Residents can pool 5 or more devices for a group checkup in the same complex. One resident or RWA coordinator can organise a shared slot and entry arrangements.
What the free checkup covers
Laptops
Basic startup, charging, battery-status, keyboard and display checks. Discuss slow performance, unusual fan noise, heat or visible damage.
Desktop computers
Basic power, startup, display and peripheral checks, plus a review of reported storage, performance or connectivity problems.
Printers
Basic power, connection and print-quality checks using available paper and ink or toner. Discuss paper-feed problems, error messages and shared-printer issues.
Checks depend on the device condition and access available. We explain observed issues and next steps before suggesting paid work. A health check describes the condition observed during the visit; it cannot guarantee that future faults will not occur.

Bulk repair quote
Get a discounted overall price for approved bulk work after diagnosis. Pricing depends on the number of devices, their faults and the parts or labour needed.
Replacement parts, ink or toner, repairs, cleaning and software work are separate from the free checks. The scope and price are agreed before paid work starts.

At least 5 devices in total. For example: 3 laptops + 1 desktop + 1 printer.
For apartment groups, enter the complex name and one coordinator's phone number. Share other residents' details only when needed and with their permission.
Before the visit, keep important files backed up where possible, chargers and printer supplies available, and arrange permission to access the devices.

What is the minimum number of devices?
At least 5 laptops, desktop computers or printers are required for one coordinated visit at an office, school or apartment complex. A mix is fine: for example, 3 laptops and 2 printers. Residents can combine their devices through one coordinator.
Is the diagnosis and health checkup really free?
Yes. For a confirmed group visit with at least 5 devices at one location, the on-site diagnosis and basic laptop, computer and printer health checkup are free. You do not have to approve a paid repair to receive the checkup.
What will we pay if repairs are needed?
Repairs, replacement parts, consumables and servicing are quoted separately. We offer a discounted overall quote for approved bulk repair work after diagnosis. The amount depends on the devices, faults and work required; no fixed percentage discount is promised. Work starts only after approval.
Can apartment residents book together?
Yes. An RWA representative or resident coordinator can collect at least 5 devices from residents in the same apartment complex and arrange a common time. Share the approximate device count, location and access arrangements when requesting the visit.
Does a free health check mean every device needs repair?
No. A working device can be included in the health check. We explain any observed issues and suggested next steps, and you decide whether to proceed. A basic check is not a guarantee against future faults.
How is the visit confirmed?
Submit your organisation or apartment name, device counts, contact number and location. Lappy Rescue will contact the coordinator to confirm coverage, access and a suitable time. Submitting this form is a visit request, not a confirmed appointment.
Can we contact you later after the checkup?
Yes. Save +91 88600 04123 or add the Lappy Rescue booking app to your home screen. When a device needs help later, share its model, symptoms and the organisation or apartment name. Future repairs or individual visits are quoted according to the service required.
