Lappy Rescue ("we", "us", "our") provides doorstep laptop, desktop, motherboard and printer repair services across Delhi NCR. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we use it.

When you fill our contact/booking form, call us, or message us on WhatsApp, we may collect:

• Your name and mobile number
• Your area/locality or address (when you choose to share it, for doorstep visit scheduling)
• The service you are enquiring about and a description of the issue
• Your location, only if you tap "Use my current location" in our online booking page and allow your browser to share it. We use it to work out your area and visit charge, and we send the technician a map pin so they can find you. You can skip this and choose your area manually instead
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected automatically for analytics

2. How We Use Your Information

• To contact you and schedule your doorstep visit
• To provide quotes, updates and after-service support
• To improve our website and service quality
• To send service-related WhatsApp/SMS updates, where applicable

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. Data Sharing

Your details are only accessed by our booking and technician team to fulfil your service request. We may share limited details with payment or logistics partners strictly to complete a job you have booked.

If you use automatic location, your coordinates are sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to find the name of your area. No other personal details are sent with that request.

4. Cookies & Analytics

This website may use standard analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand site traffic and improve user experience. These tools may set cookies in your browser. You can disable cookies from your browser settings at any time.

Our online booking page also saves your recent bookings, name, mobile number and address in your own browser, to speed up your next booking. This stays on your device only, and clearing your browser data removes it.

5. Data Retention

We retain enquiry and service records for as long as reasonably necessary for warranty support, accounting and legal compliance, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.
